Payment: All payments can be made online using Paypal, so you can be sure of secure online payments as Paypal encrypt all data to prevent fraud. We will accept Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and American Express via Paypal.

For those customers who do not wish to pay with PayPal, please follow the link on PayPals checkout to pay securely as normal with your debit or credit card.

We are also happy to accept payments via cheque, but please be aware that items purchased will not be posted to you until the cheque has cleared. We will make every effort to bank the cheque the day we recieve it, if this is not possible, we will bank it the next working day.

Shipping: All items sent within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Special  Delivery. This type of postage means that your order is insured and trackable (via Royal Mails website) and will also require a signature on delivery. We aim to post items that are in stock within two working days, if we, on the odd occasion are not able to do this, we will contact you to let you know the expected delivery timescale.

For any commission orders a 21 day period is what we reccommend for delivery, as some items may need to be sourced to complete your order.

International orders: We are happy to ship orders outside the UK. Please contact us for shipping costs and schedules. Customers outside the UK may be charges import fees by thier local Customs offices. Customers are responsilbe for these fees.

Force Majeure: If your product delivery is delayed through no fault of our own, we will give you notice within 7 days, as to the cause of delay i.e supplier delay. In this case your items will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please note, this does not include peak festive periods where postage demands are high. At this time we reccommend you place your order three weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

Returns: We hope that you are delighted with your Nuberu purchase! However if your product is not what you expected you can return it within 7 days in its original condition and original packaging.

We make every effort to package our items well to ensure that they arrive to you in perfect condition. However if the product has been damaged during transit we will be happy to offer a replacement item at no extra cost to our customers, on return of the damaged goods. You will be refunded return postage costs.

We regret that we cannot accept a return on jewellery that has been damaged by our customer. Please read our 'Care of your jewellery' page for information on how to care for your new purchase properly.

Please note that earrings are non - refundable for hygiene reasons.
